General Agreement

From the moment you access the pg99 website and all related services, you confirm by your actions that you have fully read, understood and agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must stop using the service.

pg99 reserves the right to update and amend these terms without prior notice. The revised page will be available at this URL and will take effect from the date the changes are made. Continuing to use the platform after any revision is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

This service is intended for players aged 21+ only. If any player registers an account or plays before reaching the age of 21, pg99 reserves the right to close that account without prior notice.

Account Opening and Registration

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each player is allowed to open only one account. If pg99 finds that more than one account has been opened under the same identity, those accounts may be closed and any remaining funds in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.2 Responsibility to Provide Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide genuine personal details — your name, age and contact information. Accounts opened with incorrect or fake information may be closed and funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that takes place in your account. Create as strong a password as possible and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect your account has been lost or accessed without your permission, notify pg99 immediately via Live Chat.

Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

3.3 Withdrawal Process

pg99 will process withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Under normal conditions, requests are completed within 5 to 30 minutes of being received. Processing may take longer outside banking hours or during system maintenance.

If pg99 suspects that any deposit or withdrawal may not comply with applicable laws, we reserve the right to place it on hold while it is being reviewed. The player will be contacted if this occurs.

Bonus & Promotion Rules

4.1 First Deposit Bonus

pg99's first deposit bonus is 150%, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. For example:

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive bonus 30,000 Ks → balance 50,000 Ks → to withdraw, you must wager bonus 30,000 Ks × 10 = 300,000 Ks
• Deposit 280,000 Ks → receive bonus 200,000 Ks → balance 480,000 Ks → to withdraw, you must wager 200,000 Ks × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks

4.2 VIP Tier Cashback

pg99 has three VIP tiers. Players move up as they play more:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.7% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 1.0% cashback per week

Cashback amounts are calculated based on each player's total wager for the week and will be credited at the end of the weekly period.

4.3 Referral Bonus

With the pg99 referral programme, you can invite your friends — you will receive 8% of your friend's first deposit (up to 20,000 Ks) as a bonus, and an ongoing weekly commission of 0.1% of your friend's valid wagers.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

If pg99 finds that a bonus has been abused or that wagering activity has been carried out in a way designed to circumvent the Wagering Requirement, pg99 may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may suspend or close the account.

Fair Play and Game Rules

5.1 Games

pg99 offers Slots, Live Casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Shan Koe Mee, football betting, fish shooting games, Crash Game, card games, and 2D/3D lottery. The rules for each individual game are the instructions displayed within that game and are considered part of these terms.

5.2 Accuracy and Integrity

pg99 protects all game results with SSL encryption and fair play processes. If a game is interrupted and does not complete due to a computer or technical fault, pg99 will take steps to allow that game to be replayed.

5.3 Prohibited Actions

The following actions are prohibited at pg99:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play
• Using any tool that interferes with server operations
• Opening more than one account to claim bonuses multiple times
• Playing with funds obtained through illegal means
• Threatening or harassing pg99 staff or other players

If any of these prohibitions are found to have been violated, pg99 may close the account without prior notice and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Personal Data Security

pg99 protects players' personal information using SSL encryption technology. Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

To verify financial transactions, pg99 may ask a player to submit a national ID card or other valid proof. This verification is carried out to protect the financial security of our players.

Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

7.1 Service Interruptions

pg99 cannot be held responsible for losses suffered by players due to server maintenance, internet connection disruptions, or failures by third-party service providers. We will do our best to resolve any issues affecting players as quickly as possible.

7.2 Dispute Resolution

If a player has a dispute with pg99, they must first contact us through Live Chat. If you do not agree with pg99's decision, please send the details to [email protected]. We will work to find a resolution.

7.3 Service Termination

pg99 may suspend or close a player's access in the following situations:

• When a breach of these Terms and Conditions is found
• When activity that violates financial laws is found
• At the player's own request
• When it is determined that action must be taken for the player's health and safety
