Frequently Asked Questions
pg99 FAQ — Answers to everything you want to know
Find complete answers here about deposits, account security, live casino, and local games.
This FAQ page brings together the questions pg99 players ask most. The main topics — support channels, live casino games, deposit methods, local games, and account security — are organised into five sections so you can find the answer you need quickly. If your question is not here, you can ask our staff directly in Myanmar language anytime through 24/7 Live Chat.
Support
When reporting an unresolved issue via Live Chat, please have the following ready: the phone number or user ID linked to your account, the time the issue occurred (Myanmar Standard Time), the steps you took, and a screenshot if available. Providing these details will help our team assist you faster.
pg99 offers two contact channels for players — (1) 24/7 Live Chat on the website, where you can connect instantly with a Myanmar-speaking agent. (2) Email us at [email protected]. You can reach us through either channel for any questions.
pg99 Live Chat support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Operating hours follow Myanmar Standard Time (UTC+6:30), and our team is always on hand to assist you whether you're playing day or night.
Both pg99 Live Chat and email support are provided in Myanmar language. Players can write in Myanmar and our agents will reply in Myanmar, so there is no language barrier when getting in touch.
Live Casino
Dragon Tiger is a simple card-comparison game. The dealer deals one card each to Dragon and Tiger, and players bet in advance on which side will have the higher card value. There is also an option to bet on a Tie. Results come out quickly, which is why it is a popular live casino game.
pg99 live casino games can be played directly on both Android and iOS phones through your browser. No app download is required. With a good 4G or Wi-Fi connection, you can watch the live dealer video clearly and play without issues.
In Roulette, players can bet on a wide range of options including a Single Number, Split (between two numbers), Red/Black, Odd/Even, and Half (1-18 / 19-36). Since the payouts are higher than betting on a single option alone, you can play with a well-thought-out strategy.
In live dealer games, you watch a real dealer deal cards or spin a wheel in real time through a camera. Unlike computer games that rely solely on an RNG (Random Number Generator), you interact with a live person in the moment, which builds greater trust and delivers a genuine casino experience.
Account Security
pg99 protects players' personal data and financial transactions using SSL encryption technology. Data is never shared with third parties without authorization. Regularly check your account for any logins you don't recognize, and if you spot any suspicious activity, contact us immediately.
The official pg99 website is pg99.dog only. Always check the URL in your browser bar — if it differs from pg99.dog, such as pg99.bet, pg99.com, or pg99-mm.xyz, it may be a fake site. Do not log in or deposit on those sites. Close them immediately and notify us via Live Chat.
Change your password immediately, then contact our team via 24/7 Live Chat with your account ID and the time the incident occurred. Your account will be temporarily suspended while we investigate. If there are any unauthorized withdrawals, we will handle and resolve the matter for you.
Two-Step Verification is an extra security step where, after entering your password, a one-time code is sent to your phone via SMS or email, and you must enter that code to log in. This means even if someone knows your password, they cannot get in without the code. You can turn this on from your account settings.
Local Games
Shan Koe Mee is a traditional Myanmar card game available in the card games section on pg99. Players check their three cards, look at the point total, and decide whether to "bet" or "show." It plays just like the classic neighbourhood style, but in an online format that is easier to join — which is why local players enjoy it.
3D (Three Digits) is a lottery-style game where results are produced by combining three random numbers. The results come out through a properly managed random system, so no single player can influence them. You can play this game on pg99 and view the result instantly on the game platform.
pg99's local games — Shan Koe Mee, 2D, and 3D — run smoothly in a mobile browser. No app download needed. Even older, lower-end phones can open the site in a browser and play. Just make sure you have a stable connection.
The 2D (Two Digits) result is produced by combining two random numbers. The result is managed using fair-play technology, so players place their bets in advance and wait for the outcome. As soon as a round ends, the result is available immediately and any winnings are added to your pg99 account balance right away.
Make a deposit
pg99 supports five payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. All the local methods widely used by players in Myanmar are covered, and you can start depositing from as little as 3,000 Ks with any of them.
Regardless of which payment method you use on pg99, the minimum deposit is 3,000 Ks. The minimum withdrawal is 20,000 Ks, and withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Deposits typically arrive without delay.
To deposit with Wave Money, log in to your pg99 account and select Wave Money from the deposit section. We will show you our Wave Money number — transfer your amount to that number. Make sure you note the transaction reference number and enter it in the pg99 deposit form, then submit. Your account balance should be updated shortly after.
If your KBZPay transfer has not arrived in your pg99 account after 30 minutes, take a clear screenshot of the transaction from your KBZPay app and submit it through 24/7 Live Chat. Even if the KBZPay app shows the transfer as successful, our team will need the transaction reference and the amount to investigate on our end, so have those details ready.
